Terms of Use
Last updated: September 23, 2026
These terms describe your use of the ZADKEY platform for managing educational institutions. By using the platform or creating an account for your institution, you agree to these terms.
1. Who provides the service
ZADKEY is currently provided without a formally registered legal entity. This section will be updated once the legal entity responsible for the service is registered.
2. Description of the service
ZADKEY is an online platform that lets educational institutions (schools, universities, and training centers) manage students, teachers, classes, grades, attendance, fees, and other day-to-day operations through an account dedicated to each institution.
3. Account creation and responsibility
The institution administrator (the account creator) is responsible for the accuracy of the data entered, for managing the permissions of their staff and teachers within the system, and for keeping login credentials confidential. All accounts must be tied to a real email address owned by the account holder.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the platform for any unlawful purpose, to enter misleading data, to attempt to access another institution's data, or to disrupt or attempt to breach the platform.
5. Content data and ownership
All data your institution enters (student records, grades, course content, etc.) remains owned by the institution holding the account. ZADKEY does not use this data for any purpose beyond operating the service for that institution, and takes technical measures to isolate each institution's data from others.
6. Subscriptions and payment
The details of paid plans, pricing, limits, and the renewal cycle are still being finalized and will be published clearly before any actual charges begin. No institution will be charged without its explicit knowledge and consent.
7. Demo and trial accounts
The demo version is for evaluation only, fully isolated from real institution accounts, and is automatically deleted after a period of inactivity. It must not be relied on to store permanent real data.
8. Termination
An institution administrator may request account closure at any time. We reserve the right to suspend any account that clearly violates these terms, with prior notice where possible.
9. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" during this early stage. We work to ensure continuity of service and data integrity, but do not guarantee it will be entirely free of faults, and recommend institutions keep their own backups of critical data in addition to ours.
10. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time, especially during this early product stage. The "last updated" date at the top of the page will reflect this, and we will try to notify institutions of any material change.
11. Contact
For any question about these terms, reach us through the support channels available on the platform (email and WhatsApp/phone).
